Where you living? We have had a few weeks of hot sunny weather where I live and so it gets dark at 9.30, forgive me....but....erhhhhh...this time of the year it s supposed to get dark at 9.30, why the surprise?

Yesterday where I am it was pitch black and torrential at 11:00hrs GMT. I had the house light on to see.
The rain water was lying axle deep in the street 6 hours later when I went out. Probably because the drain's were blocked.....again.
As for "a few weeks of sun" !!!?? Did you go abroad on holiday or something, here it was a few days of sun broken up by rain .
and errrrrrrrr, I am aware of the times of sunrise and sunset thanks.

There are now 16 entrants in the PIO UK Weather predictor league, theres 92 days in June, July and August, we have tried to predict the exact number of Hot sunny 23 degrees plus days and also the not hot days as well.

The forecast till sunday the 26th of August on this on this weather map UK weather forecast - Met Office the figures quoted for this competition are from London.


Only 18 hot days so far, 69 not hot, i added it up wrong last time, lol. Latest update. DOUBLE FIGURES AFTER 71 days.

The first 2 months of summer are now accounted for. We are now into August the link is a few days in advance.


Isnt life so much better with some nice sustained hot sunny weather at last, I was sat outside at the pub, sat in the garden, or going golfing in t shirts and shorts, it's fantastic.

Not certain if the hot days have been sunny as well, I have been in hot sunny Portugal all week, maybe someone who lives near London can tell us, has it been wall to wall sunshine? 18 days of 23 degrees plus hot days out of 86 so far is a miserable return, TBH. I think I will look for another holiday abroad on ceefax, lol.

Very very sad, says a lot about the person who does not have the go in them to just give their kids a life because of the weather.
