Melbourn is third
Melbourne is third most liveable city after Vancouver and Vienna, unfortunately our public transport lets us down, the private companies are not good at it.
Still think its a wonderful place to live and have to agree with the findings. There is just something about it, on the outside it may appear dull in places, however when you dig deep and live here and settle over a period of time there is nowhere like it. Its got everything going for it. Including the weather, despite our warmish summer days and fires. Not every year.
We are dry some people find that a good thing as they do not like sloshing around and having to wear a raincoat and take an umbrella everywhere.
Am I biased of course just love it.
