Anyone living near Cranbourne??

Hi All,
Just wondered if there are any stay at home mums living near Cranbourne? We are on the Hunt Club in Cran East. My 6 year old goes to Cran Park Primary School and I am at home with my nearly 3 year old!!
Have been to a Playgroup with him but would like to meet some people in the same position from UK if possible.
Feeling a little home sick at the mo, only been here 6 weeks.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Sarah x
