Cycle routes!

Hi all,
Does anyone know what the cycle routes are like in and around melbourne, particularly the city centre. Once we're settled in Melbourne the plan is to commute via cycling.

Melbourne is more cycle friendly than some U.K cities

but as with all cities it is a comprimise between the cars & bikes

With wider streets than the U.K there is a bit more of a gap between cyclists
& Cars.
