1 month rental in melbourne

Hi there,
can anyone recommend anywhere to stay for 1 month in melbourne. Somewhere fairly central so we can explore and not too expensive!!!!

have you tried melbourne gumtree website they have short term rentals
on the web i got something in Richmond which was spot on when i moved here
for $385 a week one bed place furnished

richmond is perfect for that cbd by tram 15 mins ,walk it 30 mins tops
there a decent hotel on richmond hill $120pn church st cant remember the name tho
bribge st is good,chapel st,swan st close by, MCG 10 mins away oz tennis open the same
you would think i was trying to sell you richmond lol
other people will say st kilda just be careful yes its lovely, but parts are ropey
