Mornington - Holiday Let?

We are looking to be in the Mount Martha/Mornington area Early July (6 weeks time) and
need a short term holiday let for 6 weeks or so. Any recommendations?

we lived in MT Martha for 6 weeks whilst we looked around. We had the landlord from hell! We were paying $490 per week for a 2 bedroom 'dump'. Just about good enough for a kennel. In my opinion, you are better staying in a local B&B whilst looking for short term accommodation. Don't make the same mistake as us!
