I just wondered what Berwick is like, it has been mentioned on here a few times and the property looks cheaper than some other areas we have looked at, Mount Martha, Mount Eliza.
Berwicks a lovely area. Its grown a fair bit in the last 8 years or so though, loads of new shops, schools & a big new hospital.
20 minutes to the beach or 20 minutes to the Dandenongs.
You could do a lot worse than Berwick.
