A quick question for all you guys & girls living in Melbourne. I don't mean to sound nosey, but could you give me an idea of what you pay for all your bills, gas & water etc, plus other luxuries like broadband and foxtel.
Hopefully it'll give us an idea of what we can expect to pay on top of our rent.
There's just the two of us as we haven't got any kids, yet!

My water bill came in today $15 a month (we're careful) gas has been about $20 a month in summer, $60 a month in winter. Electricity ~$80 a month.
2 bed house with two people, gas hot water & heating & electric everything else. Our broadband is $50 but a top end one, you can get it cheaper. Foxtel was $100 but now $70 odd as I turned off the sports because I wanted to watch the cricket and it was free to air anyway.
And because we're renting that's about it, no council tax or tv licence wey-hey!
