prospective marriage
Hi there, can anyone help me?
my partner is australian and lives in melbourne, he is coming to the uk for a visit in february. we plan to get engaged then before he goes back and for me to apply for a prospective marriage visa. Can anyone give me any hints on how to go about this and how long does the visa take to be granted.
