We're just booking a holiday to the UK to visit the aged rellies heading out May 22nd and back Jul 20th. While we are away we thought we could rent our house out for four weeks to any new arrivals or people heading to Melbourne/Geelong on a recce.
We live in Lara which is a country town between Melbourne and Geelong (an easy commute into Melbourne). We are renting at the moment but are buying just around the corner - the house is fairly new, detached, 3 bed with study, double garage and next to a large park and lakeland (fully furnished)
We'll also be leaving our car so it's available to use as well (a Volvo 7 seater)
In the UK we'll be visting Newcastle, Birmingham and geting the ferry across to St Malo, Brittany - mainly to recover from having to visit Birmingham :) We are interested in a car swap as we need a car for the UK and my mother's Peugeot 205 just isn't going to fit the three kids and gear.
