Melbourne

Hi All,

We are in the process of registering with Australian Computer Society (ACS) before we can even begin to fill in the skills assessment. Both myself and my husband work in IT and want to move to Melbourne. We have one toddler and another kid on the way.

What suburbs does anyone recommend? Currently looking at Watsonia - we can't afford Williamstown anddefinately can't afford Albert Park. Are there any we need to steer clear of?

:P

Watsonia is fine, it is a well established leafy suburb close to the CBD of Melbourne.

As IT you will probably be working in the CBD and where you decide to live will I guess depend on how far you are prepared to travel. The further out you go the cheaper the property, the closer to the CBD, the more expensive it is.

Watsonia is a good start.

Cheers.
