Hi. We used Pickfords from Glasgow, used their insurance but only for valuable things and couldn't really fault them, both in Scotland and here in Melbourne.
Everything happened as they said it would. Competitive price too.

Yes, don't use them.

However, as this thread has shown, differing people get vastly differing experiences, so its luck of the draw probably.

But I would never ever ever ever ever let any of my friends use them in, or shipping out of, the UK, after our experiences. Sorry....

Hi,
We used them from Surrey to Perth and they were fantastic both ends! I couldnt fault them and would use them again! My brother in law also used them and had no problems either.
They were also the most competitvely priced out of the 4 quotes we had.

PS we organised our own insurance though - as per recommendations on here! Much cheaper and thankfully not required!

I would not use them or recommend them as I had bad info from them on several fronts, big thing do not use their insurance unless you have money to throw away

We used them for our shipping from Milton Keynes to Melbourne. They were fantastic both ends and the container arrived slightly early too, a bonus!
