20ft Container to Cairns

Was wondering if anyone has shipped a 20ft container from the north of England (or any other part of the country) to Cairns recently?

What was the cost and who did you use?

I'm in the process of getting quotes, just wanted a bit of guidance from recent movers.

We are shipping from Derbyshire (near Buxton) to Brisbane and its costing around £4000, just under I think. Thats not including insurance.

Got a couple of quotes back and one is £4,600 so that's properly on par with your quote as from Brisbane the container has to be railed up to Cairns.

Who've you had quotes from and who's impressed you most?
