hello every one, we have just moved back to UK in December using Transglobal shipping company. They were fantastic on the Perth side and very professional. However their English side is nothing short of disgracefull, we paid for the full service, delivery unpacking, putting beds up , pool table etc. However when they arrived at oue house they refused to do any of this leaving my elderly parents to sort this out. 8 weeks later we are still no further forward with an explanation or any reimbursement for our inadequate service. They have stopped replying to emails and the people are never in the office when we ring. I would be interested to see if any other people have had the same experience or if any one knows of any regulators i can contact to have this resolved.
