As you are wanting a job in pharmaceutical sales I would say that yes you are going to need some experience, from previous posts I see that you have just graduated from college, it may be worth asking people if you could start as a junior and work your way up just to get the experience. Good luck

I think it will limit you somewhat.

It's difficult enough to find a good job straight away without going into an area you have no experience in.
Can't you apply for work in an area where you do have experience?
