How important is my resume?
How important is my resume? Is this the most important part of the interview process?

My Mood:
Hi & Welcome to PIO
I would say it was very important as this is the potential employers first impression of you before meeting you. You really do need to sell yourself on your resume.
Good Luck

Yes, it is quite important and you will need to make sure it is tailored to Aussie style.

You won't get an interview without a suitable resume. A good resume is far more important than the interview.
