Holiday Let around Adelaide

Anyone know of a good holiday let suitable for a family of 4 for 10 days next summer? It needs to be pretty central so we can explore all the Adelaide suburbs and find our feet?
We also need one in Perth, again for 10 days.

I can't comment on Perth but people to try are Tyke who has 2 rentals - he posts on here.
