Hi Clare, we're heading off to adelaide next month. but when we appied for S.A sponsership they sent loads of info back and a wee dvd. if you pm me i'll send you the dvd , it's quite short but your welcome to it. Also if you just look up "youtube " just type in Adelaide in the search and you'll find short vid's on there along with any other place you type in .good luck . Stu .
