Hi all hoping to be in Adelaide next year sometime all being well. Just needed to info answered. My daughter is 4 in November and is in nursery here 4 sessions per week.
A) when will she start full time school there?
B) Will she get funded kindy sessions? What age do they start how long etc.
We will be on a 475 provisional SIR visa will this affect any funding she would get?
Thanks

I will be moving to Adelaide in May with my husband and two kids Sophie (5) and Mia (1) I dont have any info for you right now but I need the same questions answered so when I get there i will send you the info if you like.
Hi I'm from Adelaide.Kids start school at ages 5 (as close to their 5th brithday as possible and kids start kindy around aged 4.You will have to pay for Kindy, and schooling (yes you pay for any schooling in Oz whether its private or public)and its (depending what state you live in)around $1,300 per student per year.If you are on a very low income you can get help from the government towards costs.hope this helps!(High school fee's are higher than primary)
