Sellicks Beach....Any comments?

Hi folks,

Just wondered if anyone had any views/comments about the Devine development at Sellicks Beach. What's it like and what's the commute to say the CBD?

Any info appreciated.

Are you thinking of moving Ginny there seems to be a few people going to Adelaide now my brother was there for the cricket and he loved it.

Hi, It's a serious possibility....I just hope we get there before everyone else

The house prices (and rent) have gone crazy here. Unless you're cashed up it's a nightmare. Adelaide was always one of our choices. It's just Brisbane came with a job.

Hi Ginny

It is a heck of a long way into the CBD from Sellicks.
At least an 1.20 I'd say.

This is becoming the trouble with Adelaide now - it is squeezing out south and north!!

Thanks for that. I had looked at it on Google Maps but just wanted a realistic picture. That's that knocked on the head. Back to the drawing board.
