Any recommendations of agents that have provided good service?

Considering all my options at the moment including new build, but would like to get in touch with a few agents and build some sort of relationship before I turn up on my visit in early 2009.

it depends where you are looking to settle - and what the real estate agent has on their books at the time.

One very good agent that I've had dealing with is Michelle Cottle from Raine & Horne at Morphett Vale.She is straight and to the point.I've sent a few people her way and she has always done her best for them.

I'd be looking at Real Estate, Property, Land and Homes for Sale, lease and rent - realestate.com.au if you have not been already

thanks matey, spend most of my life on realestate.com or open2view! Am looking for someone to work with before I come out and always prefer working on a recommendation.
