We currently have a 3 bed villa available for holiday/short term lets available from 23rd July to 28th Aug and 27th October onwards.

Its a 3 bedroom property and will sleep 6.
Master Bedroom - double bed with en suite

The property (which was only built in 2004) is situated in a quiet cul de sac in Morphett Vale, which is south of Adelaide CBD. It has superb transport links, train and bus station is less than 5 minutes away.
Christies Beach and Noarlunga Beach are both only a 10 minute drive away. Colanades shopping mall only 5 minutes away in the car and is one of the largest in SA.
It truly is an ideal location for being able to find your feet and enjoy what Adelaide has to offer.
Our rates are 290 U.K pounds a week. (which is a reasonable rate, working out at 41 pounds a day. Hotels here are around $120 a night, around 50 U.k pounds)
However rates are reduced depending on length of stay and can be as little as 260 U.K pounds a week.
We supply a $10 electricity card for the metered box
Provisions such as tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter will already be in the Villa to provide you with something to eat and drink whilst you settle in.
If you need a pick up from the airport, as long as we have enough notice, we can come and get you. However, we only have an estate car so if you intend to have six people you will need a taxi in addition. To be honest most people hire cars from the airport. We can come and show you the way though and give you a whistle stop tour of the local area.
