If you are happy with a 10minute
drive to the beach, you have many more options available to you.
£240 is loads!!! How about Flagstaff/Aberfoyle/the new place off Black Road which is right near two golf clubs/driving ranges, and less than ten mins from the sea?
My kids are still to young to care, but I do wonder just how much there is to do for older teens etc around Adelaide. I mean I know there's loads to
do - from parks (skate/bmx/animal/walking), to ice rinks, laser zones, cinemas, theatres, always some festival or another,racing etc etc - but there don't seem to be as many clubs as I grew up with (used to go up to London), and those there are seem to be in the centre of Adelaide. Not a problem to
get to them, just a few problems
around them, if you know what I mean. Mind you, I guess that's the same anywhere. I'm just older now and realise I'm no longer invulnerable!
We love Adelaide and wouldn't want to be anywhere else, but I'm sure /hope! that people from the less fortunate states love their lives too. It's all down to personal preference!
As for wearing a bikini through the year*...I would imagine it won't take you too long before you're decrying temperatures as low as 19C, and wouldn't even consider wearing anything less than heavy jumpers from autumn to spring inc!
LC
* I actually
do wear a bikini throughout the year, but under many many layers of clothing. After I received that anonymous petition....
