Sorry Kiki, have heard of them but idea where they are. Hang on I'll get the UBD out of the car...

Craigmore is North of Elizabeth!! I would check it out first before I moved up there. Elizabeth and Salisbury have a bit of a reputation.

Sheidow Park is totally in the opposite direction, have driven around there a few times and it looks nice, however what it is like to live around there I wouldn't like to say. It is closer to the sea if that's any help.

Out of the two I would say Sheidow would be the better option, but that's just my point of view.

Mrs TinB (hope that helps a bit)

Craigmore is ok lots of new land releases, houses very affordable, the only trouble with shiedow park is that theres not a lot of Industry south of Adelaide so you will have to travel if you work up north................mm

We live in the North and my hubbie works in the South! It takes him an hour there and an hour back again. I suppose it depends on what trade you are in.

Hi Kiki,

when I was obviously on drugs and conveniently forgetting / ignoring we struggle to pay our existing mortgage, I spoke to a real estate agent re. buying an investment property. (How I laugh now at my pie-in-the-sky optimism!). He told me a few areas that he is currently selling to investors. I wouldn't like to quote him, mainly 'cos old age has pretty much erased everything before lunchtime today, BUT I would suggest that you contact a couple of agents and ask them.

Now that was a lot of words to say very little, wasn't it? Hic.
