nj Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: Staffordshire Posts: 128 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	SA Stamp Duty From what I've found there's little or no First Home Concession on properties over $250k in SA. There is however the First Home Owner Grant = $7k Conveyance Stamp on $300k property = $11330 (seems excessive compared to QLD ~ $0) Are my figures right?
