Hi there,

Anyone live Somerly way?
My husband and I have Been here 5 mths and looking for social gatherings, meeting up with people who have young families aswell. Our daughter is 3yrs.
Would be great to hear from you.

i am in northern suburbs, middle park, but i am a granny have 2 grandkids 4 and 8, not young enough for you!

sheila, we live in the west, not northern suburbs!!!

im sure "johatts" will back me up on this??? Where abouts are ya living at the moment then? Im in Sinnamon Park in Brissies west. There are a few of us around here that will always be up for a coffee......I know that "Sheena" and "Mollyflanders" live near me.

so sorry, i have no sense of direction and coming of motorway i usualy come of where it says northern suburbs, am to old anyway everyone is in a younger generation

Hi,
We are going to be in the Northern Suburbs too - Ferny Grove (NW), is that anywhere near you? We are in a similar situation, we have a 2 year old son and don't know anyone else here yet. We have just moved from Edinburgh, been here 4 weeks, where have you moved from? I have just posted another message on a mum's meet up at New Farm Park if you want to check that out too.

Hiya!

We moved to OZ in August this year have been staying on the Sunshine Coast but are moving to Woody Point, North Brisbane this week. Want to arrange a house warming party but so far only have my partners brother and his girfriend. Just replied to a couple of posts so might get a reply.

It would be great if you could come i love a Scotty got a couple of good mates who's are Scots.

My names Theresa and my Partner is Andy we have a little 1 year old bubby called Amber'Grace who is running all over the place at the mo. we're in our mid thirties and always up for a laugh.

We're from Bromley in Kent. I'll look up your location. Brisbane City is about a 40 min drive from us. I'll look up the mum's thing too.
