were at Murrays Beach its a new development 2ks south of swansea and caves beach. where abouts in newcastle are you maybe meet half way for a drink?

Hi guys,
I'm getting all excited now! We're still thinking of everywhere between Warners Bay and Maryland! Can't wait to hear what you all make of it. Looks like we'll be there in time for Christmas on the beach and then no one has to be anywhere for a few weeks so we'll have plenty of time to explore and get a feel for the place.
Why have you decided to move Yvonne, if that's not too rude? Good to hear something a bit more specific about Kotara too, CJ!

We dont live that far from where you are going, in fact kids love Kotara
shopping center, So we go over that way quite a bit.
Would love to show you round, nice to get out and meet new people.
We did look at Kotara but could not get rental there, and now kids settled
where we are, not fair to change schools again, but its nice here.

Working it out i think it would take me about half hour to get to you, so not a bad drive and i do like to look round at new places.

Had to go for a rental and we found this one in Ashtonfield, nothing wrong with it but would like to put roots down so looking to buy, found lovely house not far from here so kids can stay at same schools, in a place called Tenambit, already got a lovely australian friend there who says its a lovely place to live, so putting offer in on it hopfully today, if we get it i think we should have a big housewarming at christmas..
what do you think whose up for a BBQ and lots to drink, and a swim..

good choice warners bay is nice ,all my family live in newcastle in valentine 5 mins away from warners bay ya will love it so many beaches ,were in qld but for work more but would live in newcastle anyday :)
