Welsh in Sydney?

Hi Bridgend Lad.
We are in Melbourne - but my husband is Welsh and I'm an Aussy. We actually lived in Bridgend for a while. My husband is originally from Pembrokeshire and my husband's brother has lived in Bridgend all his married life - he is a policeman there (..its a small world, you might even know him!). We've been back here for the last 2 1/2 years but have never met any Welsh in Melbourne so if you are visiting Melbourne let us know. We only live 10 minutes out of the city.
(I actually started a thread under 'Victoria' titled 'welsh in Melbourne'..there are a couple of replies from places other than Melbourne)

Hey Bridgend Lad,
I am Welsh (Carmarthen girl) AND living in the North Shore (St Ives), been here just three weeks, still getting organised. I have a couple of Welsh contacts who are due to come out to Sydney in the near future too!! And there was me thinking I was the only one!!
Must arrange a meet, we have 4 kids, 11, 9, 5 and 2, three boys & a girl.
