we will be there too!!! will be dragging the kids along so hope anyone else is too (12&16) they need some encouraging words about oz.
will be our first time meet so may be bit overwhelming and strange as don't know anyonebut still looking forward to it

John and I will be there as well ..... its a GREAT day out for any new peeps thinking about going. All the kids play outside and get to know each other and the mums and dads have a good natter! It must be MY turn to have a drink THIS time .. lots to celebrate for LOTS of people <I wont mention ME drinking to John it will be a lovely surprise for him, he hasnt driven home form ONE Meet yet!>

Hi,

I am also new to Poms In Oz! We live in Shorne, which is near to Gravesend and have just been granted our 457 visa. We are flying out to Sydney in August. We, by the way is me, OH and two little ones aged 2 years and 5 years.

Can anyone come along? Is anyone heading out to Sydney?

Hope this weather holds..........We can all start to aclimatise! (If it's spelt like that?)

By the way it's my OH(Nicki, aka Soexcited!) Birthday today , i've been told to announce, She's aclimatising by getting a bottle of Ozzie Wine down her thoat.
