Hi everyone,

I have organised a get together at the Mooloolaba Surf Club this Sat from 7pm if anyone wants to come along !

Hey,
Currently living on kawana Island, hope to buy somewhere early next year.... not 100 % sure where yet, somany nice places, its hard to decide.

Ive got a 2 and half yr old, and a 1 and a half yr old, so yes they keep me busy. Nights out are like a distant memory for us at the mo !!! My hubby parents are coming over in jan, so Im sure we will get out then !!

Where abouts are you ? How long have you been in Oz etc etc....

Hi, we're on the Gold Coast, so not too far from you; your post made me smile :).
We have 4, 3 and 1 year old children, and have to wait until March until my parents come, and we can go out! What you do for your children, eh? Nothing I'd like better than a good booze right now!

Maybe we can do another meet although I would not suggest the surf club as too hard to get to know people.

Whats Kawana Island like? We are in Brissies west and Mum and Dad are emigrating and looking to move around that way

We really like kawana island. We bought a block of land in february to build our house on. Its a really nice island but i will say the block sizes are small. We have a bigish block for kawana 637 square meters. It depends what they are looking for, The walk around the island is lovely and you are well positioned for mooloolaba and easy access to motorway.
