Hey there Bordy and welcome to poms in oz!

We had a great afternoon as well - compared to the weather in the morning I don't think we could have asked for better in the afternoon.

Looking forward to the next meet,

Felicity

Michelle,
We lived in Cawston just outside Rugby, near A45.

We are loving Melbourne. We too seriously considered Brisbane as we have friends there, but the climate was a worry, very hot and humid. Our decision was made for us as my husband was offered an intercompany transfer to Melbourne. No regrets so far, have 2 kids who love the outside lifestyle and the full on Aussie culture. How about you are you moving with family, whats prompted you to come?

Thanks Felicity,
I hope all goes well with the move to Mornington. Theres a couple of families that were at the meet going back for a better look at Mornington this weekend as they were very impressed with it.
See you at the next meet in December hopefully.

Hi,

My family and I (Dean, 37, Shani, 30 and our son Josh, 20 months) and doing a reckie trip, landing in Melbourne on 4th November and leaving on 23rd. Having done much research, we have decided to focus our trip mainly in the Mornington/Bayside areas, even though we are staying in Melbourne. We would love to meet up with anyone in living there who has some free time during this period, just to share your experiences, get your comments etc etc.

Look forward to any replies.

The Windsors
