How about a Picnic somewhere like Tredegar House or Caldicott Castle?
Plenty of room to run around, have a game of rounders etc or just laze under the trees and dream. (Dodging the huge raindrops and flashes of lightening of course!!!!!)

Thanx 4 the suggestion but maybe somewhere we can have pub grub and a drink or two as some peeps dont have children. Plus we dont know what british weather will be like (exactly dodging lightening no thanx lol)
Ive been to the pub in penarth and dont think its suitable due to parking and very winding lane to get to it

I'm a new member - pleased to meet you all! We are a family with one child - age 7 and hope to go to Adelaide as due to our advanced ages, (both 41) they won't have us anywhere else.
We've just started the visa application process and live in Cardiff. We love the sound of a Wales meet - so count us in!
I could only access the first link, but that pub sounds fine. Thanks for organising it!

HIya Sue, me and my lot are gonna try and get there this time!
We're having a bit of trouble with my sons health at the minute with him being in and out of the childrens hosi in Bristol, but if everything ok by then, we'll be there.
