Me and my family would love to meet new families in the Cleveland area and surrounding suburbs. A bit about us, we were from Coventry in the Uk, moved to Melbourne in April 2006 and then moved again to brisbane in November 2006.

We haven't got to oz yet but waiting for our visas so we can jet off to a much happier place! We are looking into the suburbs of brisbane and heard cleveland is very good. What do you think of it? Hoping to get to sunshine coast asap!!!
Well cleveland is a great place as you are by the Bay and have some nice beaches and bays where the kids can play, we are also out of the city so away from the hustle of busstle. We like it and there are alot of british families here. Cleveland is an established town so not many new houses but in the surrounding suburbs of thornlands and victoria point there are new areas where you can build. We are building in Thornlands and our house should be ready by october this year!!!

My husband ROnny and I are thinking of going to live in Australia and Brisbane is just one of the states for consideration.
We have been told that Melbourne would be the place for people in the Arts... what do you think? We know Brisbane has good busker support and my husband is a fabulous and experienced singer (has his own albums and was a known singer in Indonesia) so he can busk there...
We are excited and scared about the move as we have a huge mortgage to pay off in New Zealand and my parents live there. Our 17 year old son do not want to move (not yet) so we need mpore info.

We do not have lots of cash as we immigarted to NZ from an Asian country 9 years ago. So we would need jobs beofre we shoft over and got to make sure it would be able to cover our mortgage back here in NZ. :)
