Any suggestions Holiday Accomodation In Perth

Hi All,

We are going to Perth in October for a holiday/reccie,does anyone have any suggestions where to find decent accomodation but not too pricey. We would prefer something North of the city and possibly with a swimming pool for approx 3 weeks. WE keep looking on the internet but a lot want $700 + deposit + about $1500 a week, with the current exchange rate it just seems a bit too much. If anyone has been to Peth just for a holiday and can recommend some affordable accommodation , any suggestions welcome

Hi Veronica, We are heading off on our reccie a week on Thursday and we are going to a rental which was recommended to us by someone on this site. The web site is www.perthvacationrentals.com. We are hiring the 3 bed house without a pool so not sure how much it will be with a pool.

We use www.stayz.com.au for trips down South. It has Perth metro as well I think.

We came over 2years ago and paid 560 then for a place without a pool , theres a big one not too far called the ihdian ocean . 700 a week is 2100 for 3 weeks then your deposit ,look at hollets.co , oyu will find cheaper without apool and its only a base to sleep eat etc

We arranged a 3 month rental of a place (into our 2nd) to allow our container to arrive and sort out something longer term before we (hopefully!) buy. It's 3 bed but no pool.

It's a 5 minute drive to the railway station and very close to get to the Mitchell Highway for getting into Perth city.

Also, look at Bayswater car rental. They rent a fleet of Corollas but are good value for money and not too far from the airport. On to the 4th week of a rental with them as our 6 day old car got trashed in the hail storm and was declared a write off yesterday.
