They have refunded me our shipping costs for the boxes that were damaged in our consignment (a quarter of the total that we paid!) and insurance money was in my bank account 10 days after my initial phone call. Pissed off they broke all my stuff but the claims dept and shipping manager have been great and very efficient, just thought i would let you all know.
