The plot is one and a quarter acres in Mountview Estate, Plot 6 (the corner plot) cnr Belverdere Pl and Wants Rd, Maroochy River. (Off the Yandina-Coolum road). It is a 12 min drive to the beach and easy access to the motorway. The view is amazing at the base of Ninderry mountain. We love this plot and we had plans to build a lovely home (plans available) but have decided that we wish to be in a place without such a big garden . The estate is new and people are building at the moment so now is a perfect time to see where a house would fit the most on the block.
