Breenieandmax
Hi, I'm currently in the process of applying for my PR visa and trying to gather evidence of my teaching experience. I have been teaching for over 3 years and I was originally advised that this would be enough experience for the points I need for my visa, however, I have now been told by my agent that because I was a supply teacher and paid weekly, the school holiday periods do not count towards the 3 years experience. This unfortunate news has caused yet another delay for my visa. Is there any supply teachers that have experienced this as a problem? Any advice will be appreciated, Breenie
VERYSTORMY
I haven't seen it specifically with supply teachers, but have with other professions that contract.
