Several years ago, I spent a lot of time looking through the posts on this forum when we were going through the process of applying for PR. We didn't end up using the PR for a bunch of different reasons, and it expired last year. However, we are here now on NZ passports, and on a road trip from the Gold Coast up to Cairns. For now it's just a road trip, but if we find somewhere we'd like to settle, then we'll stay. Exciting times! Looking forward to being a part of this forum. Nic. PS Are you allowed to stay on a NZ passport? Yes, on a NZ passport you are given a temporary visa on arrival, but the temporary visa allows you to remain and work indefinitely.
