tapetheescape Posted February 17, 2017 Share Posted February 17, 2017 Hi All. I've been in Melbourne a few months, waiting for my 457 visa to be applied for (should happen this week). Not expecting any issues. I'm fed up of moving around whilst this happens. Two questions: 1) can the company I work for sign a 12 months lease on an apartment? 2) can I sign a lease, even if I only have a tourist visa?
