Skani
I'd say their figures are a bit rubbery. They quote the median house price for Sydney as $1,077,000 - no source given. According to the The Australian Bureau of Statistics, the Sydney median price for the September 2016 quarter was $882,000. Likewise, no sources given for their median household incomes. They quote Sydney's as $88,000 - sounds reasonable. But Alice Springs - $107,000...seriously? The last (relatively) reliable source for household income was the 2011 census. How have they arrived at the guesstimate for September 2016? I'm not disputing housing affordability problems in parts of Oz....but I'd be very wary of these specific figures...at least until they disclose their origin.
