I think il get insurance just in case thanks ☺ If you are travelling from Australia on holiday then you should get travel insurance anyway, regardless of whether you can get treatment in the UK for free or not. Travel insurance covers far more than medical cover in your destination country and the pricing will take in to account any reciprocal health cover anyway.
