He hasn't a skill as such he is 45 what about last remaining relative. I am on bridging visa for aged parent and I am in the queue. His sister is a citizen. Missyava Fom what you have posted, there is no visa with work rights availble, except possibly a partner visa if your son were in a relationship with an eligible sponsor.
