MichaelDS
Hi, looking for the best sites that give an indication of used car prices and profiles? Also cost of insurance for male and female coming from UK? Thanks Michael.
Guest
Can't help you with sites as never used them when buying ours. We paid cash at a local dealership. Re insurance, again, can't say. It will vary on who you get quotes from and your age, no claims, car etc. We shopped around, had proof from our UK insurer of the no claims and got a good deal. Renewal this year it jumped a bit so again I shopped round, got some quotes, went back to my insurer and said can you match this and lo, they did so we stayed with them for the year. ETA - we also opt to pay for the year insurance outright and it gets a bit taken off the amount for doing so. Paying monthly works out a bit more over the year. calNgary
Gumtree is quite popular and will give you a good guide to prices. Always knock a little off in your head as people here haggle- lots, lol. If you have Facebook the buy sell sites are quite popular too and lots sell vehicles . There is carsales.com but i think the vehicles on there are a tad more expensive. Hope this helps a bit Cal x

xxlornaxx
Gumtree has lots of cars for sale and I have found Woolworths car insurance to be cheapest and excellent when I needed to claim too
Skani
Used car prices: https://www.carsales.com.au/ http://www.carpoint.com.au/ http://www.drive.com.au/ Car insurance will depend on the model of car, where you live, age of drivers, type of insurance (fully comprehensive or third party property) etc. etc. This is the most comprehensive comparison website I know of (for many things): https://www.canstar.com.au/car-insurance/
