After that I did not hear anything. Do they need any other document. I ask my agent he told me it seems that I don't have visa officer yet. Can department ask for medical without visa officer? How long it can take to grant visa. You should ask your agent, who asked you to do a medical if you don't have a case officer yet! Perhaps clarify whether it was the agent suggesting it or the department of immigration. But regardless, your processing time does not appear at all unusual.
