Guest xmas lights
Modem arrived from Optus but new rental house has no visible signs of internal phone line - there's a phone line to the house externally by the way. Do we ring Telstra? Is it up to Optus to sort it out? Privately, what should we pay for a technician to put a line in? Help!!! Thanks. Suzukiscottie
What did you order from Optus? Just the contract and the modem, assuming you'd connect it up internally yourself? Before realising that there was no internal connection? We phoned Optus, arranged the contract and modem, Optus checked the line to the address and then told us what we could have. (They confirmed a phone line to the property, that was all) They then sent a technician to the house to bring a new connection for the modem into the house and then set it all up. I think we paid for it as part of the setup fee though, can't really remember to be honest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Guest xmas lights
Same as you guys, optus checked and said we had a line. Sounds to me it us up to Optus as we've paid a setup fee.
