We need 3 beds or more, 2 bathrooms, 2 car spaces and we have 2 cats so needs to be Pet friendly. We are keeping an eye on Domain & Real Estate.com & Gumtree but thought I'd also post on here in case anyone is renting out their property. We are looking from North Beach upwards, and really like Ocean Reef/Iluka/Burns beach - would prefer to be in walking distance or short drive to the beach. Up to $700 p/w but want to keep it nearer $550 if we can. Is for me, my hubby and 6 month old son. We have good references, are non smokers and very clean and tidy (bit OCD to be honest ) Thanks!
