I'd heard that you do this at the airport as you leave to go back to OZ. However when I enquired at the airport I was told to use a phone to enquire about this and was then told that after going through security there would be a slot where you put in a form with your receipts attached. There was no-one to assist or to examine the purchased goods. The question is where do you get the forms from? can you download them from somewhere? I'd like to be more prepared next time.
