Health and Police check now or after requested

I have submitted EOI but should I get health check and police check now to be uploaded upon receiving the invitation or is that something that should be requested by case officer first

your EOI has to be accepted first,which will enable you to apply for your Visa of choice. Police and health checks come after visa application.

You can do it either way...I uploaded it all before I was asked and got direct grant very quickly...up to you

It's up to you. They're generally only valid for 1 year and you need to make at least a validation trip to Australia before they expire. If you're confident you will get an invitation, lodge your application, have your application approved and arrange your validation trip within the next 12 months, then it can be helpful to have everything ready to go. But if you'd like more flexibility regarding when you travel to Australia or there's a lot of uncertainty when you may be invited, then it may be better to wait at least until you're invited.

We waited until about 6 weeks after we submitted the visa application, but before any CO involvement (and got the direct grant email)

thanks, I have received EOI invite this morning and will apply for PCC.

Is that right after visa application is lodged and then there is a link that will generator letter so you can book appointment for medical exam.

You can do medicals at anytime, you need hap ID which you can do through my health declarations

My partner applied for De-facto visa about a month ago & after only 3 days after got an email requesting biometrics and then 2 days later a medical request.

But 3 weeks later no request for police clearance which we find surprising!

We are both think of doing our police clearance soon though....would anyone advise to wait?
