Hi,

Im dual nationality. So have both passports.

Would I use my English passport to go to Dubai (am stopping for few days),then arriving in Dubai, then leaving Dubai to aus

Then just use my Australian once I get to Australia?

thanks

Generally I

Use your Australian when leaving the UK, through Dubai, and entering Australia.

Use your Australian when leaving Australia.

Use you UK when entering the UK.

But sometimes I just offer both and let them work it out.

I am pretty sure that if you have booked a tickets to Australia from UK, regardless of the stopover, the airline has to ensure that you are eligible to enter Australia, so I would follow the advice of newjez.

We have just done Aus to Dubai and onto the UK, UK to Canary islands, Canaries back to UK, Uk to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Dubai ,then Dubai to Brisbane.. We used Aus passports due to UK ones expiring a few years ago and had no problems, questions or hold ups anywhere.

Cal x

ETA ,, all the Canary Island flights was booked by relatives in the UK, everything else was booked from Aus
