welder85 Posted January 13, 2017 Share Posted January 13, 2017 Gun deaths in the UK happen too often, with a vast percentage being illegally held firearms. Few and an extreme few are legally owned guns, due to new laws in the gun licencing system which allows the police to consistantly monitor a persons mental health state via a their gp should they wish. When handguns were banned back in the 90s it put a lot of them on the black market, which still circulate today with the unsavoury characters.
